In his pursuit, he gained hope and confidence when he met a couple of well experienced master chefs and chiefs of operations management. Their wide rich experience in top brand hospitalities in Chennai, Goa, Mumbai, the Gulf and some other countries have further fired his interests. They offered him assistance in design and manufacturing process of the modern baking unit including culinary art, quality maintenance and marketing. He oversees the entire production, quality and innovation is his strong hold. ”
